FAQ
Common questions about cross-chain swaps, privacy and fees.
Do I need an account or KYC?
No. VeilSwap works without accounts, email, or identity checks. You only need a wallet and a destination address.
Is VeilSwap non-custodial?
Yes. We never take custody of your funds or private keys. Assets move directly between the source and destination.
What are the fees?
A flat 0.3% platform fee, plus network fees and slippage shown transparently before you confirm.
Is my transaction private?
VeilSwap is not a mixer. It is a non-custodial swap that keeps no logs and stores no data, with optional privacy routing through XMR and ZEC to break the on-chain link.
Which chains are supported?
20+ chains including BTC, ETH, XMR, ZEC, LTC, SOL, BNB, AVAX and more — with USDT and USDC across multiple networks.
Is there a minimum or maximum amount?
Yes. A minimum of $10, with a maximum that adapts to available liquidity. Larger orders may require manual review.
What if my order gets stuck?
Orders auto-expire after 30 minutes and funds are never lost — a failed order returns to the source. Contact support with your order ID for help.
Are there geographic restrictions?
VeilSwap is unavailable in restricted jurisdictions. See the Terms page for the full list.
