Gleyo Month 1 Report: Building a Stable Foundation (A180)

The goal was an infrastructure that can handle many users and many communities at the same time, with fewer bugs. Waiting also helped us avoid what happened during the Proof of Privacy campaign, where bugs showed up and there was no time to fix them. Even Zcash Nigeria wanted to use Gleyo for the Zcash 10th birthday at the end of October. We talked it through and agreed to keep working on the infrastructure first. While we focused on the product, we kept conversations going with the regional communities, and the interest is strong. Product and Infrastructure Fixed the bugs found during the Proof of Privacy campaign and the Zcash Ghana developer residency. Worked on stability so Gleyo handles multiple users and multiple communities at once. Built the billing page. Gleyo now has paid plans, and regional communities have said they are ready to pay.
