Zcash-testnet-wallet: a working testnet wallet + address + QR + TAZ in one command

So I looked at what a new developer actually has to do to get one today: zcash-devtool has no prebuilt binaries zingolib has release tags with no files attached zkool2 ships one bare zkool_graphql binary, no Mac or Windows build WebZjs is pre-Ironwood and not on npm So every newcomer starts with a 15–30 minute Rust build before they can receive a single TAZ. The hack guide literally says “start the build first and keep reading while it compiles”. That’s the slowest part of the whole onboarding, and it comes before the faucet even matters. So I built this: npx zcash-testnet-wallet That’s it.
