Through conversations on Discord, we’ve received valuable feedback, learned from people’s experiences, and used those insights to improve the product. We’ve enjoyed having the community as part of this journey, and we’re excited to keep building, learning, and iterating together. I thought it was finally time to share a more complete introduction to what we’re building, why we started, who we are, and how far we’ve come on this forum. What is Zalary? Zalary is a privacy-preserving payroll platform built for crypto-native businesses. As more businesses manage their treasuries onchain, paying employees publicly can expose sensitive financial information, including individual salary payments. We believe businesses shouldn’t have to choose between paying their teams onchain and keeping salaries private. With Zalary, businesses can fund payroll using SOL or ETH and pay employees through shielded Zcash transactions.
